This service may also include third-party integrations with platforms such as Mailchimp and Zapier if enabled by the User.
2.2 Use of Third-Party Services
By connecting third-party services (e.g., Mailchimp, Zapier), you acknowledge that these platforms are separate from SquareDonations, and their use is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. GREENGO DEVELOPMENT LTD is not responsible for how third-party services handle or process your data.
3. User Responsibilities
3.1 Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using the SquareDonations plugin and ensure that all information regarding donors is correctly processed.
3.2 Compliance with Laws
As a User, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of the plugin complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including those relating to data protection, donations, and privacy. This includes compliance with laws in your jurisdiction as well as international regulations such as GDPR (EU/UK), CCPA (California, US), and other relevant laws.
3.3 Use Restrictions

4. Payment and Pricing
4.1 Subscription Fees
Use of the SquareDonations plugin may require the payment of subscription fees. By subscribing to our service, you agree to pay the fees indicated at the time of purchase. Prices and terms of payment will be displayed during the checkout process.
4.2 Payment Methods
We accept payments through Stripe. All payment information will be securely processed through Stripe's payment gateway. We do not store payment information.
4.3 Platform and Transaction Fees
SquareDonations imposes a 1% platform fee for Free, Essential, and Pro plans, and 0% for the Premium plan. Stripe's processing fees are additional and are subject to Stripe's terms and conditions.
4.4 No Refunds
All payments made for the SquareDonations plugin are final and non-refundable. By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to a refund for any fees paid, regardless of the circumstances.
5. Termination and Account Deletion
5.1 User-Initiated Termination
You may terminate your use of the SquareDonations plugin at any time by contacting us at info@squaredonations.com. Upon termination, all related donor data will be permanently deleted from our systems, unless otherwise required by applicable laws.
5.2 Termination for Breach
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the plugin without notice if you breach these Terms and Conditions or engage in prohibited activities. Upon termination, all associated data will be deleted, except as required by law.
6. Data Privacy and Protection
6.1 Data Collection
As outlined in our Privacy Policy, we collect and process personal data (such as donor information) through our own donation forms connected to Stripe. This data is stored securely and is not sold or used for financial gain.
6.2 Data Sharing
Data may be shared with third-party services such as Mailchimp and Zapier, if connected by the User. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
6.3 Global Data Protection Laws
We comply with global data protection laws, including:
GDPR (EU/UK): For users within the European Union and the United Kingdom, you have rights over your personal data, including access, rectification, erasure, and portability.
CCPA (US): For California residents, you have the right to know what personal data is being collected and to request the deletion of your personal data.
Other Jurisdictions: We comply with other applicable privacy laws in your jurisdiction.
